Kadikoy rasimpasa double room for rent/available 5 february

I am ceyhun, 28 years old, working in production company.

I am living in the center of kadikoy. 4 mins walking from dock, train station and main bus stop. The location of the house is very safe and central.

Flat is duplex and 200 m2 has 2 living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one for each floor), 2 balconies and a big and beauti terrace.

The flat is y equipped. Washing machine, pillows, sheets, hairdryer, broadband internet (24 mbit / sec) etc.

The house is cozy and we try to keep it clean and neat. The common areas (kitchen, toilets and living room) are cleaned once every month by a cleaning person. (the cost is included to the rent)

the flat is for 3 people. We are living 2 person now. I’m looking for new flatmate for double room. (available 5 february)

the price is 1500 tl all included. (rent&bills&cleaning). Also ı request 1500 for deposit.

ı am looking for a flatmate who is willing to stay for a long period of time. Preferably an expat.
