Im looking for a flat mate in my lovely flat in umraniye (ıkbal street). Im living as alone in the flat. Im working as security ıt engineer in a research and development projects.

Closing parking, 24 hours security, 2 minutes from main street. All the grocery shops are closed by and easy to reach. No deadly hills on the way. There are direct transportation to kadikoy by both bus and minibus about 40 minutes. The nearest metro station is about 15 minutes by bus.

The flat has 3 rooms and it is in the second floor. Your room has a single bed, 3 door gardrop, a table and chair, a bookshelf and a lovely couch.

The price is 550 tl (membership fee included) / month and the deposit is 550 tl.
Bills will be shared. İt’ll be about 80-100 tl during the summer time, hopey.
Short term rent also possible.
