ı am 26 years old female and i am an anesthetist. I live alone. I have one avaliable room for rent. I am a calm, tidy and respect person.
My 2 nd floor flat is in the halıcıoğlu / beyoğlu. Only 3 minutes far from the halıcıoğlu metrobus station by walking. Taksim is only 10 minutes by small yellow bus ( which is called dolmus ) and only 1 minute far from the hasköy beach. İt is near to “golden horn” apartment is in front of the bus stop. Universities ( nişantaşı university, istanbul commerce university, haliç university ), miniaturk, rahmi koç museum, haliç congress center is really near to us.
There are 7/24 markets in our neighborhood. Apartment residents are very tolerant and friendly.
You will have a cute, huge, sunny room with plenty of natural light with big window. It has a single bed, cloth cabined, carpet and armchair. I will also provide blanket, towels and bed sheets. There are well equipped kitchen and bathroom for common use. We have fridge, stove, washing machine, toaster, hairdryer, iron etc. The livingroom also common. We have wi-fi.
The price is 600 ₺ and plus sharing bills. There is no deposit.
