15 m2 room in 3+1 flat

Cosy room in a shared apartment flat at emirhan street, dikilitaş, beşiktaş. It is really closed to barbaros street, besiktas center and ya. By walking 15 minutes to yildiz teknik university, 20 minutes to bahcesehir university and by bus really closed to ıstanbul technical university. We are two close friends living together and trying to find a nice person to share our flat. There is one room available (15 m2). In the room there is a single bed with matress. We have also a parking area so if you have a car it is a big advantage for besiktas. There is washing machine, 40 tv, wifi, ps4 and probably everything you feel like home. All the bills included the rent is 900. For long term its gonna be 1.000 for the winter. We want especially foreigner because we want to practice english more often but if you are turkish dont hesitate to get in touch with us.
