Cozy room in beşiktaş

Hi everybody.

I am looking for a flatmate for my #furnished #room. It’s a quite peace and a exact student home. The building area is of student houses.. The flat is located in ciragan / besiktas, close to çırağan and yıldız palaces. Building area is quiet, secure and clean. There is a beauti sea view on the street. It is also next to yildiz park.

The public transport facilities near by and their distances from the apartment are:

8 minutes to ferry dock by foot.

5 minutes to barbaros boulevard by foot. (for busses to boğaziçi univ.) and other schools.

4 minutes to shore line bus stop (for busses to bebek).

5 minutes to bahcesehir university by foot.

7 minutes to galatasaray university by foot.

6 minutes to yildiz technical university by foot.

Cleanliness is important for me so there will be cleaning twice a month and it’s a non smokin house.

The price is 1000 tl all included (internet, electricity, heating, hot water and cleaning). All you need is avaliable in the #house.
