ı’m chloe, ı live in ankara, esat.

We are 4 (one girl, 2 boys and one cute cat) in an modern apartment of 300 m², and we are looking for female (preferred) flatmate for the last bedroom which is empty.

The apartment is in esat, nice place and close to amenities, 5 min from tunali and 10 min from kizilay.

We are at the last floor, the fifth, with a nice cute terrace which goes around the whole apartment.

There are a big living room, a nice kitchen y furnished, 2 wc, one bathroom with washing machine and 3 bedrooms.

The apartment has several closets.

We offer a 18 m² room with a bed and a closet.

It only remains for you to bring your stuff!

400 tl monthly.

the price includes.

=> rent,

=> electricity.

=> gas.

=> water.

=> maintenance of the building.

=> internet.

any request is welcome, we can find a way that it suits everyone.

Male or female is ok however we prefer a woman because there are already two boys but everybody is welcome!

Rent monthly would be more interesting for us but ıf you just wanna stay one week or more or less, we can set weekly rates (150 tl weekly. We are flexible.

We are aged from 25 to 34, we are serious and sociable people.
