My flat is on ground floor and has 3 rooms but one of them connected to kitchen so i‘m using it as a dinner room. I’m living alone now and willing to share house rent for saving up.

Rent prices in this neightboor are quite expensive because of the location although because of ground floor and some bargain i was able to rent it relatively cheap.

Price is: 240€ for winter (till may) and 200€ (till november) for summer which includes rent, gas, water, internet, electricity.
