It‘s a big, clean house with a tidy kitchen and a clean and newly restorated bathroom. The apartment is on mesnevi sokak about 200 meters to #odtu buses. It’s also 5-10 minutes walking distance to #kuğulupark . Rent will include all the utility expenses (electricity, wi-fi, tv, water, monthly house cleaning) except for the gas money for winter months (it’ll probably be around 75 liras a month).
