Housemate in ankara-tunalı hilmi/küçükesat

Hi everybody, ı am searching for a housemate for my house. İt is required to speak english who wants to live in my house. House is close to tunalı hilmi, küçükesat, hilton, kuğulu park, tahran street, - by walking 3 minutes. To kızılay by walking 10 minutes. The structure of the house; there are 2 rooms, kitchen, living room, toilet. Both of the room‘s are large enough and fornished (beds, wardrobes, washing machine, dishwasher, plazma tv, ps3, hall set, dining table) my aim to search a foreign housemate is that it will be better to speak english, because normally it is possible to forget something if you don’t speak. Also i prefer foreign people instead of native. I will want him / her to pay half of the hire (400 tl= 160 euro) and half of the expenses (electricity, water, intranet) about me: male, electronic engineer, 28 years old.
